Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or events outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
